Schools constantly evolve depending on internal, local and regional influences. To support this process, all schools have a Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP). It is important that our school is able to identify and plan for how we want to improve our offer to students and families. The SIP outlines each priority and then the action that the school will take to drive its improvement. Our document also includes contextual information on why we feel this is an important priority.
